Hmmm, I wonder what o.o
15. Favorite quote:
"There are no happy endings, because nothing ever ends."-Schmendrick the Magician, The Last Unicorn (movie)
58. What’s my strangest talent?
Probably that I can curl my tongue upside down. Or that I can pop my thumbs out of place.
59. Do I have any strange phobias?
I don’t have any phobias, but my strangest fear is probably storms. Rain on it’s own is fine, but add lightning and thunder to the mix and I am cowering under my blankets and holding tight to my stuffed animals.
5. Talk about the best birthday you’ve had
Most of my birthdays are somewhat different, because I almost always change my mind of what I want. My last birthday, though, was really enjoyable. I had my friends come over, even some that I don’t see all that often, and we had supper, cake & ice cream, and I opened presents and we just spent the night sitting at a table in the garage with the door open and hung out and talked. And I think we played apples vs apples at one point. Then I invited any of the ladies to spend the night, but the only one that could was my friend, April, which was fine. It was fun. :)
13. Talk about the first time you’ve had sex/how you imagine your first time
Uhm…I dunno…this is a weird question….I guess just with someone I really love and care about? I mean, I haven’t really pictures what all is going to happen, so….
24. Talk about something someone told you that meant a lot
This is going to be really cheesy, but probably the first time Aaron told me he loved me, and pretty much every time after that. Also, every time he compliments me, because I don’t have the greatest self esteem, but I can tell that he really means it when he says those things.
38. Talk about songs that remind you of certain people
"Twin Size Mattress" by The Front Bottoms reminds me of Aaron (because he introduced me to the band)
Pretty much any musical theater song I listen to reminds me of April (because she’s really into musical theater)
I can’t really think of any others, honestly…
We…didn’t really start by asking each other out. He came to visit me at my school one weekend, and on the last night we were listening to his ipod on the air mattress he slept on after my roommate went to bed and after a bit he kissed me. The next morning, after he left to go back home, I texted him to ask if we were dating now and he said that we could be if I wanted to, which I did :)
I do, anon!
And he is the most wonderful boyfriend I could ask for :)
1. I’m getting over 100% in my criminal justice class, which is sweet.
2. I am fairly good at piano.
3. I try to treat people with kindness.
4. I’m somewhat decent at art.
5. I can write well.
Dragon: Are there any “urban legends” from where you live? What are they?
There is one that I can remember, which everyone refers to as “Cry-Baby Bridge”. Basically, there’s a bridge where, if I’m remembering correctly, somehow a bunch of kids died. I believe it was because of a bus that went over the bridge during a flood, and they all drowned? Anyway, there’s a version where if you go to cry-baby bridge you can hear a baby crying. But the one I’ve heard the most of is that if you put flour around the bottom of your car, go to the bridge, stop in the middle of it and put it in neutral, the vehicle will be pushed to safety and, when you check the side, there will be small, child-sized handprints in the flour, like a bunch of children pushed you to safety.
Poison: Name something you enjoy, but that no one else seems to.
Bread and butter dipped in ketchup. At my old daycare, I used to have this with meals all the time and everyone thought it was strange. I did get a few people to try it and they all said it was really good, so HA.
Flying: Tell us about a moment when you gained perspective in life.
This might be a cop-out sort of answer, but probably anytime I’ve brushed death. Not in the, I’ve almost died way, but in the I’ve known people who’ve passed away. It always reminds me out finite this life is and how easily it can be ended.
Steel: Name an opinion/practice you are adamant about, something you will not change.
Equality for all people.
